Mike is originally from Florida and spent eight years serving his country as a U.S. Marine. Upon completion of his military service he pursued his interest in real estate. In 2006 he began working with Windermere Real Estate in the Palm Springs area and mentoring under several successful real estate agents. In 2007, when the market presented a new set of challenges, Mike quickly shifted gears working with several different lenders, servicers and investors to list and sell hundreds of bank owned properties. He has completed over 500 real estate transactions in his career and has extensive knowledge in many different aspects of real estate. Mike infuses hard work, discipline and energy into every aspect of his real estate transaction. This, combined with his attentiveness to his clients, translates into his success over the last 10 years. Mike is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients. He initiates communication in every detail of the transaction and proactively addresses details before they become a problem, bringing peace of mind to the buyers and sellers he works with.
